Greetings from HR Recruitment Team, Efftronics Systems Pvt Ltd.

It was observed that there are some agents/agency/company misleading the placement officers/colleges with respect to Efftronics On-Campus and Off-Campus hiring and fake promises about job offers.

If received any such campus confirmation mails or offer confirmation through mail, Please reach us on 0866-2466686 for authentic information on Campus Hiring at all the times or you can mail us to hr@efftronics.com

In this regard we would like to make few things clear:

1. Efftronics Systems Pvt. Ltd. never sends Campus hiring confirmation letter/job offer letters from free internet email services like Gmail, Rediff Mail, Yahoo mail or Hotmail.
2. Efftronics does not appoint any agents/agency/company to conduct campus drive on the company's behalf in lieu of money.
3. Efftronics Systems Pvt. Ltd. will never ask College/Student to deposit any money for selection of the candidate.
4. HR Team will be directly in contact with placement offers or college representative for any sought of communication. No third party is entertained by Efftronics.
5. If any candidate is not going to clear the following rounds of selection process he/she can’t be offered with any role in Efftronics:
   1. a. Written Test
   2. b. First Level Technical Assessment
   3. c. Psychometric Assessment
   4. d. Final Technical Assessment
   5. e. HR Interview
   6. f. Physical & Medical Fitness Test
   7. g. Review by Managing Director
6. Elimination can be done at any phase of selection process depending on the fair competency level and performance.
7. The Offer/Appointment letter for the selected candidates will be issued by the management and no other HR personnel are allowed to issue offer / Appointment letter and it’s not authorized.
8. Offer letter / Appointment Letter will be issued on a Secured letter head of Efftronics, where a fake can be easily differentiated.

So, Please Don’t Believe in any consultancy service offering you with Efftronics Campus Drive or third party (other than the employee of Efftronics Systems Pvt Ltd., /the college) about Job offers confirmation / campus confirmations.

Note: Efftronics Systems Pvt. Ltd. will not accept any liability for the actions of such agents / agency / company.
