Role: Finance Executive
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Financial Planning, Budgeting, Cost analysis.
- Preparation of timely financial data analysis of the company/market/industry.
- Establish policies & procedures for budget and forecasting.
- Prepare projected financial statements based on the historical and forecasted business operations and performance of the company.
- Prepare variance analysis of actual vs. budgeted costs for monitoring of compliance to budgeted costs.
- Maintenance of the data & Preparation of various MIS reports.
- Need to prepare TDS, Service taxes, Central Excise works and internal auditing.,/li>
- Maintaining & processing Labour law related works ( PF, ESI, Factories Act), Accounting

Job Responsibilities:
- Involving in Market Segmentation and targeting the customers group by developing the appropriate strategies.
- Gathering Customer Requirements, Processing & odder execution.
- Handling customer complaints and taking corrective/preventive actions.
- Customer Feedback collection, analyzing and updation of the conclusions to the concerned.
- Doing Competitor products analysis.
- Maintains Post-delivery relations with the customers.

- Implementation of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System & Continuous "Analysis and assessments" of the existing systems.
- Internal Quality planning, schedule and follow up actions pertaining to all functional departments.
- Ensuring update / revisions / deletions are effected from time to time in consultation with Review Meetings.
- Providing awareness on ISO, Process approach to all employees..
- Reviewing and verifying the action taken, close the Non Conformity Report.

Job Responsibilities:
- Setup and maintenance of LAN with domain model (Installation, Configuration and administration of Windows 2000 &2003 server as ,Forest, Tree, and Member server, Windows 95/98 as clients using protocols TCP/IP and NetBEUI).
- Setup and maintenance of LAN with workgroup model.
- Installation, configuration and administration of DNS, and configuring the client to connect the domain.
- Maintaining Symantec & E-trust Antivirus engines. Creating Mail quotas to the users.
- Installation of LAN card, USB drivers, web cam, printer and scanner. Network Devices and Computer Peripherals.
- Installation and up gradation and configuration the system / Laptop with appropriate device drivers and operating system.
- Regular maintenance and trouble shooting of all components of the computers and special devices.
- Maintaining daily backup and restoring data.
- Troubleshooting end user problem.
