Why LED Lighting ?

Energy efficiency - LED lamps are 7 times more energy efficient than incandescent and twice as efficient as fluorescents.

Low light pollution – LEDs produce directional light. Almost all the light form these street lights is directed downwards and reduces light pollution. Directional light also improves efficiency, as the 20-50% light that was being wasted by being directed upwards is now used to illuminate the road.

Low carbon footprint – LEDs last 4 to 10 times longer than any other bulbs, further reducing the carbon footprint of manufacture over the life time.

Low replacement costs – Initial investment may be high, but their maintenance cost is almost negligible when compared to other lights

Intelligent lighting controls – It is possible to dim or switch off lights as per Requirement. It is also possible to selectively change light color to ensure best visibility under different conditions.
