The Data logger acts like a Black Box in air crafts. The data logger can scan, store and transfer the data to process for generating user-friendly reports. This is basically a micro-processor based system to log the relay contacts related to various railway panel interlocking stations or route relay inter-locking stations to know the status of digital or analog inputs.

The Data logger records the status of digital inputs for every 16 milli seconds and can cater up to a minimum of 256 and a maximum of 4096 digital inputs. At the same time, it can cater up to a minimum of 8 and maximum of 64 analog inputs. Our Data logger conform to RDSO specification No: IRS:S-99/2001.

The Data logger is incorporated with failure analysis system which is capable of displaying animated yard layout of each station and has all track circuits, signal status and LC gate point status. It also has features to graphically display events on line on real time basis or history replay by user selectable time zone. The system is also capable of generating on line alarms based on logic-supplied by the railways. The on-line faults are shown on the basis of their priority level and the faults of higher priority will be flashed on the screen whenever they occur. The details of fault occurring time, fault message and station name are displayed.
