USSBPAC is a solid state system used for controlling the coordinated movement of the train in the block section working on absolute block working principle. The system incorporates non-cooperative features and eliminates manual cooperation from other end for "line clear and close" operations. The system will have input modules, CPU module, voter module, non-vital output module, vital output module, communication module, internal modern module and dual modem module.

The advantage of the system is low maintenance and requires no period over-hauling. It indicates overlap distance for granting line clear, which is not available in some of the systems available in the market. The salient feature is that it requires only two relays for output. It has inbuilt data logging capability which logs all the panel operations, events, relays status and other required data. All the panel indications are with LEDs.
